1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your purchase of and access to the 30-Day Story Sales System. By purchasing, accessing, or using the product, you agree to these terms. The seller and content owner is Cauê Chatan. Questions may be sent to kauech@icloud.com.
2. The product
The 30-Day Story Sales System is a digital educational resource for restaurant and food-business marketing. It includes 150 structured Instagram Story ideas organized into a 30-day posting plan, with prompts, examples, engagement suggestions, and promotional calls to action. It does not include 150 finished graphic templates, custom social-media management, consulting, or guaranteed business results.
3. Price, payment, and delivery
The advertised price is US$11.99 as a one-time payment, unless a different price or currency is clearly shown at checkout. Payment processing and digital delivery are provided through Hotmart. Access is generally made available after payment approval and may require a Hotmart account or Hotmart’s members area.
4. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the material for your own restaurant, café, bar, bakery, food truck, takeout, delivery, or food-business social-media content. You may customize and publish the suggested ideas for the business you manage.
5. Prohibited uses
- Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, uploading, distributing, or giving the product files or member-area access to another person.
- Copying or repackaging the product to create a competing guide, course, template pack, membership, or resale product.
- Removing ownership notices or representing the original product as your own.
- Using the website or product for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
6. Your content and platform compliance
You are responsible for the photos, claims, menu information, offers, prices, permissions, and other content you publish. You must comply with applicable law and the rules of Instagram, Meta, and any other platform you use. Instagram and Meta are not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing this product.
7. No guaranteed results
The product provides ideas and planning guidance. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, location, audience, content quality, consistency, market conditions, and implementation. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, followers, reach, engagement, reservations, or any other specific result.
8. Intellectual property
The product, its organization, original written content, branding, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the personal-use license above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by the 7-day refund policy described in our Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted within the stated period through the applicable Hotmart purchase or support channel.
10. Availability and disclaimer
We may make reasonable corrections or updates. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, hosting, internet, or third-party issues. The product is provided for general educational purposes and, to the extent permitted by law, “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
